When you contact The Major Group with a position to fill we’ll send a State Certified Employment Consultant to evaluate your job site, analyze your needs and discuss your specific job requirements.
Next we’ll assess those requirements and match your position to a worker who can do the job for you.
The Major group will then have an Employment Consultant learn the job and all of the specific tasks, duties and equipment involved so that they in turn can train the individual for you. That’s a great bonus for you as it enables your staff and coworkers to interact, but without the necessity of having to do the actual training.
Once your new Employee is trained and ready to continue on their own, the Employment Consultant will fade from the work site in a time frame that is customized to the situation. Continual follow-up will ensure that your employee is meeting expectations and that you remain satisfied.
