As a Person with disabilities you require a support group who will tailor your employment opportunities to you.  One who matches your strengths with an employer and wants to nurture your skills into a job you’ll love.  A job in which you will be paid by the company you work for.  Right along with you will be a support group that assists you in every step along the way from application, assessment, orientation to on-site training and eventually fading away.  A support group who cares about you, advocates for you and produces results.

Looking for Continuous Job Support?

Perhaps you require more long range and 
continuous support.  The Major Group has contracts with a variety of business to perform certain jobs.  In turn we will put together several workers and a job coach to perform that job.  This is known as the Work Crew Program or Enclave.  In this option, the job coach remains on the job site and maintains continuous supervision and training.  In order to qualify for this service, the interested applicant has to have either waiver services or qualify for Community Integrated Services (CIE) funding.
